Learning Ladder Early Learning Centres – Narre Warren VIC
Multiple positions available: Early Childhood Teacher, Room Leaders, Assistant Educators.

Learning Ladder ELC Narre Warren is an owner-operated service that works collaboratively with a central support team to deliver real outcomes for families and children.
We are looking for committed and dedicated early childhood professionals who share our goal of providing families with service that exceeds expectations and the best possible early education and care for their children.

Early Childhood Teacher
Candidate will require:
Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood or Bachelor in Early Education
A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Experience as an Educational Leader or Teacher will be highly regarded
Registered VIT and ready to start

Dedicated Planning Time – 8 hours per week (at full capacity), 2–3 hours if not at full capacity

Technology Access – each room has two iPads for data and daily records
Professional Development – paid courses each year to support ongoing learning and advancement
Room Leaders/In charge
Candidate will require:
Diploma in Early Childhood
A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in leading a room and available full time to work on a rotating roster, especially opening and closing shifts
Must be able to lead a team, plan and implement innovative programs, and focus on the best outcomes for children and families

Room Educators/Assistants
Candidate will require:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
Sound knowledge and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards
Experience working as a Certificate III Educator in a long-day care service
Current Working with Children's Check
Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
Available full time to work on a rotating roster, especially to do opening and closing shift
