As a Customer Service Officer in our Head Office, you will be at the frontline of inbound phone calls from customers all over the state. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries, directing them to the appropriate teams all while delivering a high standard of professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced call centre environment
* Answer and respond to incoming calls, ensuring a timely response to customers
* Resolve customer queries in line with operational requirements
* Monitor communication with the Despatch team, including phone, radio and email
* Liaise with QPS, TMR and insurance/roadside companies efficiently
* Provide general administrative support to the office environment
About You
To be a successful applicant for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
* Experience in a customer service‑based role (call‑centre highly regarded)
* Possess outstanding communication, both verbally and written
* A positive and energetic approach to your work
* Intermediate computer knowledge
* The ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
* Effective problem‑solving skills
* Possess efficient time‑management skills
* A desire to learn and take on feedback
* The ability to work a rotating roster, including some weekend work
