**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking Cleaners and Care Workers who are passionate about helping others and committed to delivering excellent care. You will play a key role in supporting our consumers by ensuring their homes are clean, safe, and welcoming, and providing personal care and daily living support where required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cleaners**:Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and laundry, to maintain a hygienic and comfortable living environment.
- **Care Workers**: Assist with personal care, community access, meal preparation, medication reminders, and general support for daily living.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to consumers.
- Monitor and report any changes in consumers' health or behaviour.
- Work closelywith family members and Care Managers to deliver holistic, consumer-centred care.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Police Check.
- Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a caring attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $39.55 - $40.84 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 38 per week
