**Key Responsibilities:**
* Shape and execute a modern WHS&E strategy across the enterprise
* Lead and inspire a capable WHS&E team, with five direct reports and oversight of over 30 professionals
* Serve as a key influencer with regulators, government agencies, customer groups, industry partners and the Board
**Requirements:**
A proven leader in high-risk industries, with at least 10 years' experience in leadership roles. Strong communication and engagement skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Professional certifications and union engagement experience highly regarded.
