Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Operations Manager to lead our financial and operational functions, integrate technology solutions, and manage offshore teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in financial planning, operational efficiency, and proficiency in IT systems. Strong leadership capabilities are essential to oversee a remote/offshore team effectively.
* Finance & Accounting: Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting; ensure compliance; manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and closing processes; collaborate with auditors and advisors.
* Operations Management: Streamline operations, implement process improvements, coordinate cross-functional efforts, support leadership with data insights.
* IT and Systems: Oversee finance-related software implementation, collaborate with IT for system integration, lead digital transformation initiatives.
* Offshore Team Management: Manage offshore teams, set KPIs, monitor performance, foster a collaborative remote culture.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CA or CPA preferred).
* 5+ years in finance and/or operations leadership.
* Proficient in financial software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, MS Excel, Power BI).
* Strong understanding of IT systems relevant to finance and operations.
* Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
* Experience in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., FYI, Trello).
* Knowledge of data security and IT compliance standards.
