**How will I Help?**
As Executive Manager Transformation you will be accountable for all aspects of design and delivery of transformation projects for the Customer Solutions Division. This includes accountability for the translation of strategy and business objectives into transformational solutions that are successfully implement to business teams to achieve target outcomes.
You will be partnering with stakeholders across Customer Solutions, the Transformation & Portfolio Office, Legal, Risk and Compliance, IT and Finance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design and delivery of key transformation programs and priorities to optimise strategic capabilities and performance within the Customer Solutions division. 
- Provide thought leadership and drive the translation of strategy and business objectives into transformational solutions that are successfully implement to business teams to achieve target outcomes. 
- Lead the successful execution of transformational programs to achieve agreed outcomes with adherence to compliance and regulatory commitments. 
- Establish and manage governance and accountability frameworks that adhere to Enterprise standards including Steering Committees, Governance Forums, delivery rituals and executive reporting. 
- Facilitate ongoing prioritisation of the project backlog to achieve strategic alignment and maximise ROI. 
- Build high performing, engaged team through providing ongoing performance and development planning, coaching, mentoring, clear career pathways and succession management. 
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders up to and including executive level. 
- Resolving and removing impediments to successful transformation delivery 
- Driving prioritisation and design decisions 
- Promoting and enhancing the culture of the team through effective communication
**Expertise** 
- Extensive experience successfully managing all aspects of large scale, complex, multi-stream programs that include technology transformation. 
- Experience is required specifically in leadership of Collections technology transformation, upgrades as well as projects driven by regulatory changes. 
- Seasoned Product Owner (specially in PowerCurve Collect, TCS, B2K) with demonstrated capability across all aspects chance identification, strategic roadmap development and management solution design, delivery, business embedment and business stakeholder management. 
- Experience in Financial Services across multiple organisations with a focus on Collections and Recoveries. 
- Knowledge of financial services operations, credit risk management, business and process improvement, and technology. 
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data, analytics, people, process and technology. 
- Experienced Lean Six Sigma having led process improvement, optimisation, and digitisation projects across Operations, Credit, Collections, Recoveries, and IT functions. 
- Track record of successfully delivering Agile technology transformation programs. 
- Be a strategic thinker and problem solver, with growth mindset, passion for innovation and life-long learner. 
- Depth of experience in building and developing high performing teams 
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders up to an executive level while building key relationships. 
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in preparing business cases and executive papers.
