We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to provide high-quality first point of contact service to participants and stakeholders.
* Provide support and service to all customers, including participants, employers, training organisations, support services, and the general public.
* Manage the front desk of a reception area, supporting staff with administrative duties, answering phone calls, and directing traffic to appropriate services.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong administrative skills, including word processing, data entry, and filing, and the ability to use office equipment.
As a customer service officer, you will be responsible for:
* Providing information on servicing arrangements based on specific programs of service.
* Multitasking abilities to deal with customers face-to-face and on multiple incoming call lines.
* Ensuring scheduling of participants is met and consultants are advised of arrival.
