Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, they are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. Key Responsibilities
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Your duties will include:
- End-to-end processing of accounts payable invoices
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Managing the AP inbox and resolving supplier queries
- Weekly payment runs and reconciliations
- Maintaining supplier records and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assisting with month-end reporting and accruals
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth AP operations
- Assisting in Accounts Receivable tasks as necessary
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A proven track record similar Accounts Payable position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TechOne) preferred
- A proactive and team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills desirable
