What role will you play?
As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes. Acting as a key liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and technology-aligned groups, you will facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and drive project success. In this role, you will conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions, plan and execute rollout strategies, and coordinate effectively between account teams. You will also optimise operational processes, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
What You Offer
* 3+ years of experience in IT as a Project Manager within medium to large organisations, with proven experience in delivering projects
* Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including developing communication plans and fostering engagement at all levels
* Proficiency in Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence, including intermediate expertise in Jira scripting and automation
* Experience in Python scripting and task automation, such as processing large amounts of data from Excel
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, preferably in AWS
* Excel skills, including scripting, automation, task management, calculations, and intermediate data analysis
* Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, manage project dependencies, and build high-performing teams to achieve project outcomes
* Strong communication and facilitation skills to maintain effective stakeholder relationships, manage project risks, and foster collaboration across global teams
