The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant with expertise in internal business systems and strategic reform to join our team. This role is critical in identifying operational inefficiencies and designing and implementing improvements to business processes, resource use, and client engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
•Evaluate and analyse existing internal business processes, workflows, and IT-integrated systems with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
•Advise senior management on organisational reforms, including optimisation of resource allocation and cost control strategies.
•Develop and implement business strategies that enhance client engagement and streamline service delivery.
•Identify operational issues and develop innovative solutions to support long-term business objectives.
•Facilitate strategic planning processes and support the execution of business transformation initiatives.
•Work closely with accounting and financial planning teams to align business systems with evolving regulatory, client, and market requirements.
•Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in internal operations.
Skills and Experience:
•Proven experience as a Management Consultant, preferably within accounting, finance, or professional services firms.
•Strong background in business process re-engineering, strategic planning, and operational improvement.
•Experience with integrated financial systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
•Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
•Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
