Lead Early Childhood Educator
A dynamic leader is required to oversee the management, leadership, and administration of a childcare centre in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
* Fostering a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.
* Representing the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values.
* Conducting regular performance evaluations and supporting professional growth.
* Managing resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Prioritizing the health and safety of all children in care.
* Assisting with daily campus operations and room tasks such as activity preparation and mealtimes.
* Leading the planning and implementation of the educational program, which values a holistic view of each child's development.
* Providing leadership, guidance, and support to other educators within the service.
* Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program, and daily information.
* Ensuring the high quality of services in accordance with the National Quality Standards and relevant government regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Diploma or degree in early childhood education or a related field.
* Minimum three years' experience in a centre director role within an early childhood setting.
* Current paid working with children check, current first aid and CPR.
* National police check (within six months).
* Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care.
