We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their Granville store and drive sales and lead the team to success
**The Job**:
- Ensuring safe and effective daily operations.
- Achieving/driving sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and initiative.
- Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising in line with company standards.
- Engaging customers through all channels and keeping them informed about the products and promotional activity.
- Leading a team of 6 and overseeing their development.
**About You**:
- Proven background in a management role (trade sales/paint background highly regarded).
- Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge in safety implementation and comfortable in working in a trade environment.
- Strong people skills and ability to engage customers and employees.
- Possess a high attention to detail, capabilities to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a result-driven environment.
