The Opportunity
We are seeking a leader to represent Stegbar Windows as a key player in the global building products industry. This role involves managing the overall operations of the Victorian Business Unit, encompassing four locations: one large operational manufacturing plant and three showrooms with over 130 employees.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling business strategies and activities to meet targets in areas such as people, safety, customer satisfaction, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to foster a consultative sales culture.
2. Business Development: Continuously improve the business according to strategic plans, promoting growth and leveraging opportunities.
