About the Company

The business is seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee airline partnerships across international markets.
The Opportunity
As Commercial Manager, you'll:
Manage commercial relationships with a portfolio of global airline clients.
Lead contract management, renewals, and complex negotiations to deliver service and revenue goals.
Oversee the negotiation of contracts, tendering processes, and the collation and submission of business proposals to secure new and renewed partnerships.
Act as a key contact for airlines and airports, ensuring strong partnerships and service excellence.
Travel regionally and internationally to meet with stakeholders.
Work closely with operational teams to resolve issues, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and performance for a portfolio of clients.
Manage tender submissions, proposals, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
Deliver revenue growth through strong commercial and account management.
Provide accurate reporting and insights into commercial performance.
Collaborate with operations to resolve client issues and ensure SLAs are exceeded.
Use Salesforce and other tools to manage renewals, reporting, and pipelines.
About You
Experienced in commercial management within aviation, transport, logistics, or supply chain.
Skilled in contract negotiation, business proposal development, and tendering processes - tendering experience is essential.
A natural problem solver who takes ownership of issues and works cross-functionally to resolve them.
Commercially savvy with exposure to KPIs and revenue targets.
Engaging, personable, and client-focused, with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
