As the Outdoor Education Operations Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of exceptional camp experiences, ensuring they are safe, inclusive, and tailored to meet each school's unique objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate program development, including planning and post-camp review.
* Lead a team of Senior Instructors and Outdoor Educators, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Design programs in collaboration with schools to meet specific learning outcomes.
* Manage staff rosters, equipment maintenance, and logistics.
* Maintain safety standards, protocols, and compliance requirements.
* Establish strong relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Experience leading outdoor education programs and teams.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of risk management and safety procedures in outdoor settings.
