Job Summary:
The Residential Aged Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational management of a small-sized facility. Key responsibilities include ensuring residents experience high-quality support, care, and services, coaching and supporting direct reports, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
