About the role
We are seeking a motivated Employee Relations Graduate to join our team in Adelaide. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to begin your career in Employee Relations within a consulting environment, working closely with experienced professionals to support the delivery of high-quality HR and ER solutions.
In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of employment relations matters, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. You will work closely with senior team members, building on your academic knowledge while developing practical skills across workplace investigations, compliance, and advisory support.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the team in managing employment relations matters, including performance, conduct and compliance
* Drafting and reviewing reports, correspondence and documentation relating to workplace matters
* Assisting with research to support ER advice and recommendations to clients
* Supporting the preparation and review of employment contracts, policies and procedures
* Assisting with workplace investigations and documentation processes
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
* Providing administrative support to the ER consulting team as required
About you
The successful candidate will be a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline, with a strong interest in Employee Relations and a desire to build your career in a consulting environment.
You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to reviewing work, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential issues early. You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, are proactive in your approach, and are eager to learn from experienced professionals while developing your technical ER capability.
