Shared Responsibilities
This is an all‑rounder role, and responsibilities will be shared across the team — not all tasks will fall to the successful applicant.
Raise and manage work orders using Simpro job management software
Coordinate last‑minute requests, booking changes, and cancellations
Respond to and follow up on customer emails and phone calls
Calculate charge‑out rates and prepare accurate invoices
Plan and schedule jobs to maximise labour efficiency and support timely delivery for clients
Provide administrative support to the operations team
About You
A confident and professional personality with strong communication skills
Experience in administration, service coordination, or scheduling, ideally in the plumbing or trades sector
Familiarity with job management software (Simpro highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
The ability to prioritise effectively
A passion for process‑driven work and operational efficiency
