Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role located in Newcastle, NSW, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Partnerships & Business Development Lead will spearhead the formation and management of strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and engage in sales initiatives. Day‑to‑day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with partners, analysing potential business strategies, driving revenue growth, and representing Inclusable’s mission to stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating across teams to align partnership outcomes with organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Solid skills in Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, and Relationship Management
- Sales expertise coupled with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and market dynamics
- Proven ability to innovate, strategise, and think critically about business development options
- Experience in the accessibility sector, technology, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Event planners seeking a more sales‑focused role will be considered
