Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Managing Consultant – People Consulting – HR Transformation
Location: Naarm – Melbourne / Canberra - Ngambri / Meanjin – Brisbane / Warrang – Sydney. Roles may be adjusted for flexible hours. Please discuss options with us.
Key Responsibilities
 * Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs.
 * Use knowledge and implementation experience to shape services to meet client needs.
 * Manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.
 * Leverage HR Technology experience to develop and deliver analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables.
 * Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to meet client requirements and business processes.
 * Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.
 * Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
 * Provide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex Employee Central and Payroll issues.
 * Provide guidance on payroll deployment approach and planning.
 * Perform data migration and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
 * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations for successful delivery.
 * Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
 1. A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems.
 2. Experience with different HR/Payroll systems and HR processes, including process review and design.
 3. Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (minimum).
 4. Completion of at least 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations.
 5. Understanding of HR Technology challenges and how to improve people and business experiences.
 6. Experience in Australian (and New Zealand – desirable) SF EC and Payroll projects.
 * Experience working in diverse teams and/or project management on large projects.
 * Consulting experience with ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels, and facilitate discussions/workshops.
 * Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
