About the Role
* This is an operational role that focuses on providing guidance and support to team leaders, with a key emphasis on delivering care and support services across the Monaro-Snowy Mountains region.
* You will oversee and coordinate service delivery teams who provide support under various programs, including NDIS and Aged Care initiatives, across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage service delivery teams to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and client engagement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in human services or a related field, along with experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
* A strong commitment to inclusion and empowerment, particularly for people with disabilities and the frail aged.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
