Essential Fire Services is a fire protection and compliance business based in Osborne Park - conveniently located on the main street side with easy access. We work across Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Hospitality buildings keeping clients safe and compliant - and we need a sharp Service Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You\'ll play a key part in keeping our operations organised and our clients looked after.
Your Responsibilities
* Scheduling and coordinating works across field teams
* Managing and maintaining the testing schedule
* Quoting minor testing and repair contracts
* Monitoring and responding to the inbox
* Answering inbound calls and directing enquiries
What We\'re Looking For
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator - written and verbal
* Able to juggle competing priorities and stay on top of a busy inbox
* Proficient with Windows or Mac and Microsoft Office
* Experience with ServiceM8 is a plus, but not required
* Background in the fire industry is advantageous, but not essential
* Must have full legal working rights in Australia
