The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of medical device reimbursement from a manufacturer or DME perspective, call center/customer service experience required, preferably in the managed care industry, and familiarity with durable medical equipment and pharmacy coverage.
Bilingual skills are a plus, and experience with CRM software is preferred. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other departments to provide proactive, superior front-line customer support.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, providing coverage options, processing orders, and coordinating shipments. You will also be responsible for verifying insurance benefits/coverage, determining eligibility, and calculating cost share amounts.
In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
