This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our Engineering team in Adelaide. You will oversee a dedicated workshop, support explosive ordnance projects, and foster a strong safety culture.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Managing a workshop supporting Explosive Ordnance Projects
* Implementing the onsite Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) tool
* Managing servicing and calibration of technical equipment
* Driving safety culture and ensuring WHS compliance
* Providing technical support and maintaining documentation


Candidate Requirements:

* Significant manufacturing/production experience in safety-critical operations
* Trade qualification as a mechanical or electrical technician
* Relevant certifications such as Certificate IV WHS (preferred)
* Hands-on supervisory experience in a multi-discipline workshop
* Leadership experience within technical quality frameworks
* Experience with improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma

Applicants must hold or have recently held an NVI Australian Defence security clearance.
