Health and Fitness Centre Manager
Lead a dynamic team of professionals in the aquatic, fitness, and customer service sectors at our thriving centre. A key objective is to promote membership sales while maintaining safe operations and ensuring all members have an exceptional experience.
* Inspire a high-performing team to deliver excellent services that exceed client expectations.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
* Maintain adherence to all relevant health and safety standards and protocols.
* Provide coaching and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to foster a supportive community environment.
* Oversee maintenance, equipment management, retail operations, and data reporting to ensure the centre's continued success.
Key Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in gym operations and group fitness delivery.
* Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguarding (or willingness to obtain).
* WWCC (NSW) and Class C Driver's Licence.
* Prior experience in supervising aquatic and/or fitness centres.
* Bonus points for qualifications in Business, WHS, Training, or Technical Operations.
