Inside Sales Account Manager
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced sales team. This is your opportunity to work with small to medium-sized businesses in regional markets, helping us expand our customer base while building your skills in business development and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of customers to drive growth across a $4.5M+ target, leveraging upsell and cross-sell opportunities to exceed goals.
* Generate leads and qualify opportunities using strategic market research and insights to identify and connect with potential customers.
* Build strong customer relationships by developing and maintaining meaningful connections with customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Negotiate and resolve issues, handling trading terms, credit requests, and customer remediation with professionalism and efficiency.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and provide innovative, value-added solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
* Up to 5 years' experience in account management or inside sales, ideally within a B2B environment.
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to effectively track and grow your pipeline.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person.
* A drive to learn and adapt, using industry trends to deliver tailored solutions.
