HR Partner Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Buildeffective relationships with business leaders to align HR programs with strategic goals.
* Provide expert HR support to leaders and employees while demonstrating required skills in critical thinking, influence, problem solving, program management and change management.
* Advise managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues including coaching, researching/investigating situations and recommending business-driven, proactive, solutions.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
* Minimum three years' experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
* A working knowledge of all HR disciplines including performance management, resource planning, compensation, and employee engagement, along with experience working within relevant employment standards and human rights legislation.
