About This Role:
* Greet and assist visitors, community members, and stakeholders in a culturally respectful way
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and manage inquiries professionally
* Maintain a welcoming, safe, and organized reception and waiting area
* Manage mail, appointments, meeting room bookings, and basic administration tasks
* Provide support to the corporate services team as required
About You:
* Certificate III or higher in Business/Office Administration (or equivalent experience)
* Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with phone and reception systems
* Understanding of Aboriginal people, culture, and community needs
* Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and cultural respect
The ideal candidate will have:
