Your part in our UnitingCare Community team
The purpose of this role is to deliver a range of reception and administrative functions to support the UCQ Hervey Bay site office.
Duties
* Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
* Monitoring site email box and responding/forwarding to enquiries as required
* Maintaining files/records
* Processing incoming/outgoing mail
* Maintenance requests for the site office
* Ordering of stationery and other consumables
* Assist with financial duties including processing invoices and reconciliation of credit card transactions
* Support office open/closure procedures
* Support WH&S requirements and compliance for the site office
What Makes a Difference For Us
* Minimal 2 years' experience in performing reception/administration duties
* Certificate II in Business administration or equivalent
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Sound Microsoft Suite skills and knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to act professionally at all times and work under pressure
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
* Ability to liaise with a diverse range of people with discretion and confidentiality
