We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Support Officer to join our team in North Mackay.
This role offers an immediate start and potential long-term opportunities. As the primary point of contact, you will provide efficient support for tenants and contractors in coordinating housing maintenance services.
Your key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, coordinating maintenance operations, and accurately recording customer requests. You must also communicate clearly and effectively, even in challenging situations.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* A proven track record in a call centre or high-volume customer service environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
* Collaboration and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
* Experience in government or housing maintenance services is highly valued
