Due to continued growth and strategic expansion, the leadership team is now looking to appoint a commercially astute General Manager (or Principal) to lead their ESD and Energy Ratings business units. THE ROLE As General Manager, you’ll report to the CEO and play a critical role in the day-to-day leadership of two key service areas: Energy Ratings (NatHERS) and Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD). This is a senior-level leadership role with real breadth. You’ll be responsible for: Overseeing operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reporting across ESD and ER teams Building strong client relationships and elevating the customer experience Driving new and existing business development strategies across regions Managing internal operations (tech, billing, office premises) and external sub-consultants Leading financial performance including pricing, cashflow, KPIs and WIP Coaching and mentoring team managers, ensuring performance and growth Driving talent strategies to support long-term capability and succession ABOUT YOU You’ll bring a rare mix of commercial acumen, client confidence, and sector-specific knowledge.
