Aestec Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Gladstone team. This is a hands-on planning and coordination role focused on maintenance scoping and scheduling — not a civil engineering position.

About The Role
This is more than just a desk-based planning role — you'll be the link between our clients and our crews.
You Will
Develop and maintain strong, proactive client relationships to ensure consistent workflowScope works on-site and prepare clear, detailed scopes including timeframes and Bills of QuantitiesConvert and manage client SAP data into Aestec's scheduling systemsLiaise closely with client Schedulers to ensure seamless coordinationSupport the Manager with planning, reporting, and project coordination
You'll play a key role in ensuring our teams are set up for success every day.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in maintenance planning and scoping roles
Strong on-site knowledge and understanding of the building/construction environment
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Confident using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP
Ability to pass a Gladstone 3-site medical (QAL/BSL/RTAY) Blue Medipass
