The Role
Here at EBOS the HR function is currently going through a significant technology upgrade which will change ways of working and created a need for a HR Support Services centre across the ANZ region. As such we are in search for an energetic, enthusiastic, customer centric and experienced General Manager HR Support Services with an innovative approach to problem solving to join our HR team and lead the Support Services Centre.
As a senior member of the People Leadership Team reporting to the Group General Manager of HR, you will lead a team to efficiently deliver HR Support Services with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. You will also act as a 2IC to the Group GM of HR during periods of leave. Your strong customer focus, ability to engage with stakeholders, build credibility and influence at all levels as well as your willingness and drive to take ownerships of issues and deliverables, will be critical to your success.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of customer‑focused team that works in partnership with employees, managers, and the HR team to provide strategic, simple, and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence and compliance.
What you will do
* Lead the strategy and development of the Support Services function across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency and the employee experience;
* Partner with senior leaders in both the Human Resources team and business, to develop and deliver excellent HR services whilst leveraging technology;
* Act as the champion of process improvement and the HR calendar of events throughout the year.
What we are looking for
* Prior experience working within a similar role within a complex business environment (ASX listed company preferred);
* Experience leading a first line HR advisory team;
* Ability to demonstrate strategic leadership capability and experience building a strong service delivery culture;
* An agile approach and solutions orientation;
* A focus on process improvement and ability to build and lead a team;
* Proven commitment to the principles and practices of employment equity, ethical conduct and workplace health and safety.
