Gardener / Grounds Keeper – Farleigh Mill *Fixed Term Position
Summary of Position
Reporting directly to the Assistant Production Manager, this Fixed Term position you will have the responsibility of maintaining gardens and lawns at our factory sites. You will be a key member of the team, self-motivated and committed to achieving targets in relation to safety, quality and productivity

· Are comfortable working in a continuous improvement environment, with a strong respect for systems, processes and safety
· Can work safely, efficiently and reliably
· Communicate clearly and respectfully with others
· Take pride in providing high-quality internal customer service
Requirements
· Hold a manual drivers licence
· Hold a licence for preparing and applying chemicals – AC/DC Licence
· Have extensive experience with lawn tractor operations (highly regarded)
· It is also preferred, but not essential that you will hold the relevant qualifications for chain saw operations.
