Direct Personnel are on the hunt for Trade Qualified Boilermakers and Experienced Welders to join a busy manufacturing workshop producing high quality steel products and formwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* MIG and TIG welding across a range of steel fabrication projects
* Heavy fabrication and assembly work
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans
* Working with steel formwork and structural components
* Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
* Working as part of a skilled and supportive workshop team
What We Need from You:
* Trade qualification or strong welding experience
* Experience with MIG and TIG welding
* Heavy fabrication experience
* Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Driver’s licence and reliable transport
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
* Full Australian working rights
