About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive operational excellence across all departments.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Proven experience in business process management, documentation requirements, analysis, and re-engineering, preferably within the construction industry
* Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools (e.g., Visio preferred)
* Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver impactful results and drive efficiency improvements.
