Cavfield are partnering with a well-established Australian business in the shipping container and logistics sector to recruit a hands‑on Sales Executive to join their team on site in South West Sydney.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, practical environment and is motivated by building relationships, converting leads, and seeing tangible results from their work every day.
About the Role
You’ll be the go‑to person for customers — handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and managing sales through to completion. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure orders run smoothly and customers receive great service.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web enquiries, turning leads into confirmed sales
- Prepare accurate quotes and manage the sales process end-to-end
- Build rapport with trade and business customers
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate customer and sales records
About You
- Confident, approachable, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a depot or yard environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service (construction, transport, or trade background ideal)
- Based locally and looking for a stable, long‑term role
