Responsibilities
* Work closely with Store Management to drive a shared calendar of learning programs for stores based on global and local projects, and bring these programs to life in store.
* Strategize cross functionally (GM, Retail Operations, CRM, HR) to review business needs and goals; customize and implement training initiatives to meet local needs while aligning the local market with global strategies.
* Creatively deploy in‐person training, online sessions, gaming platforms, digital apps, e‐learning, and the LMS platform to engage retail teams and create a culture of continuous learning.
* Evaluate training KPIs and business performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance – being flexible and agile in responding to changing needs.
* Provide on‐the‐floor observation and feedback, including on‐the‐spot training to store teams.
* Manage new starter induction programs in line with HQ guidelines.
* Manage the training budget for the market.
* Have a sound understanding of Prada's platforms, dashboards and apps to manage the LMS locally for store training needs.
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* 10+ years of work experience as a store/retail trainer with a special focus on client journey and clientelling; experience in a client‐facing retail setting, especially luxury retail, is a bonus.
* Strong commercial mindset, with a solid understanding of retail/CRM KPIs and how to use them to drive business performance.
* Strong delivery and presenting skills, able to engage a wide audience and build strong partnerships.
* Experience planning and managing both small and large‐scale training events, including project management and budgeting.
* Highly analytic and strategic thinker, but ready to roll up your sleeves and work in store with retail teams.
* Able to form connections and partnerships at all levels of the company.
* Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, SuccessFactors modules, LMS digital platforms for learning and digital training solutions.
* Fluency in English (both written and oral).
