About the Role
* Provide full bookkeeping and financial management services to multiple clients
* Assist with financial systems (setup, transition, optimisation, training)
* Mentor and review the work of consultants and trainees
* Prepare management reports, forecasts, and financial statements
* Handle payroll, GST/BAS lodgements, reconciliations, invoicing, AP/AR, and general bookkeeping duties
* Communicate regularly with clients and support accountants
What We’re Looking For
* Senior Bookkeeper or Management Accountant experience, ideally in public practice
* Strong MYOB/Xero skills
* Commercial mindset with excellent client and team management skills
