About the Role
As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will assess organisational learning needs, design and deliver effective learning solutions, and facilitate programs across digital, virtual and face‐to‐face environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate capability requirements into practical learning initiatives, develop high‐quality learning content, and use learning data and evaluation frameworks to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high‐impact learning solutions aligned to ASIC's strategy, capability framework and business needs.
* Develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles across digital, virtual and face‐to‐face formats.
* Identify capability gaps through learning needs analysis and translate insights into targeted, practical solutions.
* Partner with stakeholders as a trusted learning advisor and primary point of contact for assigned portfolios.
* Create quality learning artefacts, including eLearning courses, videos, blended learning programs, and internal communications that drive engagement.
* Use learning systems, data and evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
* Facilitate and manage learning initiatives end‐to‐end, including induction and core programs, from concept to delivery.
About You
* Qualifications in adult learning and instructional design, with demonstrated application of contemporary workplace learning theories and models.
* Proven experience designing and developing digital learning solutions, with intermediate to advanced capability using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
* Demonstrated capability to design and deliver end‐to‐end learning programs, combining instructional design, emerging digital technologies and sound project management to achieve measurable outcomes.
* Highly developed communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams, analyse learning data and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations.
