We're looking for an experienced
**Customer Support** and
**Administration** guru to represent our clients company and be the first point of contact for all their customers.

**What's the role?**:
You will be required as the first port of call, providing exceptional customer service, training, and support to allow customers to get the best out of the software. Therefore, you will need to be able to provide knowledge and direct enquires properly. Being
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating and supporting customer issues.
- Providing education and training to customers via phone, remote sessions, and on site.
- Discussing customer insights and future enhancements with the development team.
- Creating, maintaining and updating product training & user manuals, how-to videos and other resources.
**To be successful in this role you must have**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and similar customer service role,
- Knowledge in **health insurance** or/and **medical** background.
- Inbound call centre experience preferred
- Comfortable in multitasking and effectively triage queries
- Confident in your ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
