Responsibilities
* Answering and redirecting phone calls
* Taking messages
* Taking notes at meetings
* Work Schedule management
* Booking and organising jobs
* Ordering office supplies such as stationary
* Ordering consumables for office equipment such as printers
* Managing meeting rooms for office operations
* Data entry or current work flows
* Organising internal and external events
* Spot Checking inventory
