What's Involved
The Austal Graduate Program offers meaningful exposure across multiple areas of our business, providing the foundation for a successful and rewarding career.
* Gain hands-on experience across key disciplines, including engineering, project management, and commercial
* Contribute to real-world vessel design, construction, and delivery
* Rotate across business areas to build broad capability and insight
* Receive structured development, mentoring, and on-the-job learning
You'll also have the opportunity to work on innovative vessel development—contributing to areas such as propulsion, structural design, electrical systems, and automation.
You'll Need
* Must be a current graduate or recent graduate within the past 3 years.
* Ability to obtain an Construction Industry White Card
* Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
