About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Service Development Manager to lead the growth and development of our Home Care Program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality services, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people by providing leadership and management expertise to support the development of innovative and consumer-directed services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of Home Care and Respite Services
* Drive business growth through effective service development and fee-for-service approaches
* Ensure client assessments are conducted as required and consultation with clients and/or their carers in developing individual goals
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in management, business or related discipline, and/or experience in operational management in a health/aged care organization
* Sound knowledge of aged care and business development principles
* Comprehensive knowledge of best practice and experience in assessment, care planning, and service delivery to older persons living in the community
