Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a passion for business administration? Scope Project Consulting is seeking a talented Business Administrator to provide comprehensive support across our business.

In this pivotal role, you'll keep our business running smoothly while supporting the Managing Director across administration, quality, compliance, project delivery, marketing, HR and business development.

You will be a detail-oriented, self-starter who can hit the ground running in a role that offers autonomy and variety.

THE ROLE

You will manage the day-to-day administration of the business to ensure seamless operations. In this role, you will work closely with management to determine and deliver key objectives of the business's strategies.

You will support the business across administration, quality, compliance, project delivery, marketing, HR and business development, including:

* Overseeing day-to-day office needs, including supplies, equipment and general upkeep.
* Managing email, calendar, travel and phone for the Managing Director.
* Maintaining the quality system, including policies, procedures, templates, compliance and audit processes.
* Assisting with the preparation of business reporting and strategy documents.
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
* Coordinating marketing activities and digital content.
* Assisting with onboarding and HR processes and procedures.
* Supporting project managers with documentation, reports and presentations.

ABOUT YOU

* Business administration experience (5+ years preferred) and qualifications in business administration or a related discipline.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise, work autonomously and show initiative.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Aptitude for business administration, including creating, implementing and managing a quality system.
* Strong computer literacy skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, Meta and other relevant software.
* Customer service experience.
* Experience working in a professional services business setting preferred.
