**Your Role**:
**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:
- Leading/contributing to key projects which support internal and external stakeholders
- Provide security advice and guidance during development stages and system lifecycle of solutions.
- Execute incident management procedures including monitoring and managing all local security breaches and handling of security incidents, root cause analysis and impact, taking appropriate action to prevent recurrence wherever possible
- Developing and continually improving security controls to ensure that systems and services remain protected and available for all business units.
- Ensure standards and guidelines are continuously evolving to consider new and emerging cyber security risks, new technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure there is a focus on building and maintaining client relationships both individually and within your team environment.
**We're interested in hearing from people who possess**:
- 5-7 solid years' experience in Cyber Security
- Exceptional security problem analysis and resolution skills expanding across a broad range of hardware and software technologies.
- Knowledge of cyber security standards such as ISM, Essential 8, ISO27001, NIST..
- Knowledge of Windows / Unix / Linux Systems.
- Excellent analytical approach to problem solving. Solid social skills and the confidence to communicate with global and local technical teams.
- You are highly organized, planning the workloads of others comes naturally to you. You're analytical with the ability to interpret salient information to relay to any audience
