What You’ll Do
- Be an inspiring thought leader within the business and in the customer and partner community, driving the CrowdStrike platform-based proposition, with a focus on the Horizon solution set
- Collaborate strategically with country leaders and regional sales directors to ensure alignment and focused engagement across the Horizon portfolio
- Provide influence and direction to specialist sales teams throughout ANZ, orchestrating resources to maximise market impact
- Partner with customers to understand their business challenges and architect value-driven solutions that integrate into their strategic roadmaps
- Work within a heavily matrixed environment providing direction to the individual product line leaders within ANZ
- Forge strong partnerships with core sellers, equipping them to position CrowdStrike's Horizon technologies, and collaborating to close significant opportunities
- Deliver compelling training to internal teams on effectively positioning Horizon products
- Channel customer feedback to Product Management teams to influence feature development and roadmap priorities
- Stay well educated and informed about CrowdStrike’s vision, product roadmaps & the threat landscape
- Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and internal teams
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity technology sales leadership or equivalent experience within hyper-growth SaaS-based platform companies
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrix environments
- Operational excellence in driving sales pipeline and orchestrating engagement with internal and external corporate sales teams
- Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite, senior management, and analyst/architect-level customers/clients
- Demonstrated success selling security or complex SaaS at the C-Suite and senior management levels
- Exceptional presentation skills for both virtual and in-person delivery to large audiences
- High energy, charismatic personality with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology strongly preferred
