What's the Opportunity?

Based in Adelaide, SA, lead our National Accounts team, working across Coles, Woolworths, Endeavour Group, Coles Liquor Group, Aldi and Costco to maximise our sales opportunities across Liquor and Non-Liquor portfolios. This is more than a sales role—it's your chance to shape strategy, drive innovation, and leave a lasting legacy on Australia's most beloved beverage brands.

Your Key Focus Areas:

* Lead Strategy & Execution – Drive and deliver our commercial strategy across national accounts, ensuring volume and profit targets are met.
* Own the Numbers – Develop profitable pricing strategies, analyse account performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
* Champion Innovation – Identify account-specific needs for NPD (New Product Development) and innovation to stay ahead of consumer demand.
* Build Relationships that Matter – Establish strong partnerships at all levels and use your negotiation skills to unlock mutual success.
* Lead & Inspire – Develop a high-performing National Accounts team, acting as a mentor and leader across the broader business.
