About The Role:
Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee all accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and claims functions, ensuring that the systems and processes are highly functional, effective and compliant. The finance team is based in both Perth and India. Your key operational responsibilities will be diverse and will include:
* Financial Compliance
: Oversee audits, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
* Operational Finance
: Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial submissions to government bodies (e.g., Aged Care, NDIS).
* Team Leadership
: Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple locations, fostering high performance and accountability.
* Systems and Controls
: Maintain robust financial systems, enforce internal controls, and drive continuous improvement.
* General Duties
: Ensure adherence to organisational policies, funding requirements, and workplace safety standards.
About You:
You are a professionally qualified accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent) with a strong track record gained in a leading accounting firm or high-growth organisation. Skilled in developing and maintaining robust systems and processes, you combine business acumen with excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
A proven leader, you bring experience managing large multi-location teams, delivering results under pressure, and building collaborative, high-performing cultures.
