The role of Maternal and Child Health and Immunisation Business Support Officer is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our Maternal and Child Health and Immunisation services.
This position provides high-quality administrative and customer service support to our Children and Families team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Provide responsive front-line customer service via phone, email, and in-person, upholding exceptional communication standards.
* Manage appointment calendars, rosters, and venue bookings with precision and attention to detail.
* Support immunisation sessions, including logistics and data entry, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
* Maintain accurate client records and contribute to reporting obligations, providing valuable insights and trends.
* Assist with policy updates, quality improvement projects, and promotional activities, driving business growth and community engagement.
* Uphold confidentiality, child safe standards, and Council policies, maintaining a trustworthy and respectful environment.
